We were engaged to evaluate the $91 million Home Care Workforce Support Program, assessing its effectiveness, outcomes, and sustained impacts, and providing evidence-based recommendations to refine ongoing delivery and shape future workforce strategies.
Evaluation of the Trialhub Pilot Program
Alfred Health engaged HealthConsult to evaluate the Australian-first TrialHub program, assessing its effectiveness in increasing regional and rural access to cancer clinical trials, enhancing workforce capabilities, and establishing sustainable clinical trial infrastructure across Victoria.
Increasing the availability of high-quality comprehensive care in Australian communities
We were engaged to design the Evaluation Framework for the Single Employer Model (SEM) Trial and collect baseline data.
Comprehensive review and evaluation of the 19AB and District Workforce Shortage distribution levers
We evaluated Section 19AB of the Health Insurance Act 1973 and the District Workforce Shortage classification, providing evidence-based recommendations to improve the equitable distribution of medical professionals across Australia, particularly in rural and remote regions.
