Megan’s superpower
Megan’s superpower is making evaluation accessible, practical and genuinely useful.
She builds trust quickly and is equally comfortable working with senior executives, clinicians, educators, frontline staff and community members. Her ability to connect across stakeholder groups enables her to gather rich insights and navigate complex environments with confidence.
Megan also really enjoys helping organisations build their evaluation capability. She designs and delivers engaging training, workshops and practical tools to help teams understand what good evaluation looks like - and how to apply it in their own context.
Her unofficial catchphrase - “What does the data allow you to say?” - is a reminder that good evaluation is about being honest about the strength of evidence, not overstating conclusions.
