Developing the Final BreastScreen Australia Review Report and Strategic Plan

Purpose

This project aims to modernise and strengthen BSA's delivery over the next decade by developing evidence-based recommendations for improved participation rates, and enhanced service efficiency, while ensuring the programme remains nationally consistent and accessible to all eligible Australians.

Approach

Our approach integrates an analysis of prior workstream findings with extensive stakeholder consultations, including focus groups, interviews, roundtables, online surveys, and written submissions. In collaboration with the BreastScreen Review Expert Advisory Group, we aim to consolidate these insights, evaluate the feasibility of implementation, and develop actionable recommendations.
