USANZ Surgical Education & Training Program Activity Based Cost Model review & update (2015)

The Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ) engaged HealthConsult to review, revise and expand the activity based costing associated with the delivery of the Urologist’s Surgical Education and Training (SET) program. The project integrated USANZ’s 2015 work practices into process maps, resource units and cost outputs developed in 2013 to produce updated SET costs, which are used for planning and fee setting, as well as to inform the negotiation of the SET service agreement with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. The project started in August 2015 and was completed in November 2015.
